Community Business Partners Program

Community Business Partners Program:

The BCRP Community Business Partnership program is designed to be a collaboration between the facility and local business owners working together to ensure each other’s success.

BCRP: The track benefits by local business owners providing resources, industry connections, guidance, and leadership in upcoming projects at the facility.

Business Leaders: The program provides an opportunity for local businesses to advertise at the facility, on our website, and other publications at no cost. The raceway will also provide free tickets, discounted rental rates and use of the facility for selected events.

Current Facility Projects:

  1. Remodeling Current Structures: We’re looking for a licensed contractor that can assist us in cutting cost on building materials, guide us on current building codes, provide expertise on repair needs and assist in the permit process if applicable.
  2. Earth Moving: We have roughly 3-4 days of earth moving work that will need to be done via a bulldozer or large frontend loader. We’re looking to partner with a local company that can supply the equipment and operator in the next couple months. BCRP would cover all associated cost.
  3. Bucket Truck: A bucket truck will be needed to reach the top of our light poles so new wiring and upgraded lights can be installed. The use of a bucket truck for a couple single days (Weekends) or a company that can strip the wiring from the poles for us during the week.
  4. Plumbing: With the new well being installed, we’ll need to run approximately a combined 400’ of waterline to the current structures. Guidance in using the proper material, correct material suppliers, permitting, etc. from a knowledgeable contractor would provide beneficial.
  5. Grandstand Retaining Wall: The 16” high retaining wall (2 levels of cement blocks) are beginning to fall/lean over. We have already purchased the replacement concrete blocks and are looking for an experienced company/contractor that can direct us in constructing a proper footer/base.
  6. Dump Truck/Trailer: Purchasing new clay for the track surface might be easy, but trucking it is the real cost. We’d love to team of with a company/truck owner to move the clay for us in their spare time during the months of Feb. and March.
